Responsibilities:
* To create and develop logic networks and analyses critical areas to develop recovery plans.
* To liaise with the Client project control team on a weekly basis as required (planning and schedule) to agree project physical progress for monthly invoicing
* To provide a full planning, work management and analysis of onshore offsite activities.
* To ensure plans are tracked and reported. Highlighting and offering solutions to problems, to dept engineers and managers
* Review engineering documentation issuance dates schedule impacts.
* Be pro-active in all matters relating to planning and risk analysis.
* Ensure that all interfaces are identified, agreed and reviewed on a weekly basis.
* Ensure that all short term critical tasks are reviewed on a weekly basis.
* Assist (deputy) project controls manager in the development of monthly invoices.
* Maintain close liaison with Client project control team associated with project development both in head office and site.
* Maintain monthly progress up dates in readiness for monthly reporting
* Develop recovery plans as and when required
* Train multi-cultural staff in the use of planning tools and logic
* Attend meetings, as required
Requirements:
* Male, 30-45 years old.
* Must have at least 5 yrs abroad working experience in Plant Construction (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, Petrochemical, etc.)
* Graduate of any Engineering Course.
* Proficient in Primavera P3 or higher, risk analysis project software Pertmaster (or Monte Carlo)
* Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Network, and troubleshooting)pursue a strong, reliable and solid partnership with clients worldwide.
